At Solomon AML, we take the confidentiality of financial institutions and customer transaction data extremely seriously. We do not collect, store, or process raw Personally Identifiable Information (PII) on public cloud servers unless explicitly instructed under a custom Software-as-a-Service model.
1. Data Collected
For on-premises containers, all scoring calculations, customer names, wallet balances, and account logs reside securely within the client's perimeter firewalls. Solomon only collects aggregated, anonymized usage metrics (transaction counts, latency speeds, success outcomes) for licensing audits.
2. Website Data
When you submit the demo request form, we collect the contact details you provide (name, company, role, work email) solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell or share this data with third parties, and we delete it on request — email privacy@solomon-aml.com.
3. Security Compliance
Our platform aligns with SOC 2 Type II controls. We utilize industry-standard cryptographic keys to sign database connections and encrypt transaction telemetry in transit and at rest.
